Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (if available).

Processing time may be longer during product launches, sales events, or holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Local (GTA / Ontario) deliveries usually take 3–7 business days after processing.
National (Canada-wide) deliveries may take 5–10 business days.

Returns
We want you to love your Tawhid pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
If the packaging has been opened, or if there is evidence that the item has been worn, washed, or altered, the return will be denied.
2. How to Request a Return

We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
3. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no extra charge.
